LeadGrabber is a Chrome extension that reads business listings from Google Maps search results you are already viewing, and helps you export them to a CSV file. This page explains what data the extension handles and how.

What the extension reads

When you click "Scan this search," LeadGrabber reads the Google Maps results currently displayed in your browser tab — business name, category, address, phone number, rating, review count, and whether a website link is present. It does not read any other tab, page, or site you visit.

Where your data is stored

Scan results (business listings) are stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. They are never sent to our servers.
License status (whether you've activated Pro) is stored using chrome.storage.sync, which syncs across your own signed-in Chrome browsers via your Google account — this is standard Chrome behavior, not something LeadGrabber controls.

What we do send to our server

The extension contacts our backend in exactly two situations:

When you click Activate on a license key, the key is sent to our server to check if it's valid. We store which keys we've issued and whether they're active.
When you click Get Pro, you're taken to our checkout page, where payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive your name, email, and payment confirmation from Razorpay to issue your license — we never see or store your card details.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
We do not track your browsing outside of the active Google Maps tab you choose to scan.
We do not run ads or ad trackers in the extension.

Your choices

You can clear all locally stored scan results at any time by removing the extension, or by clearing site data for the extension in chrome://extensions. To deactivate a license, contact us using the email below.
